Today, the staff of the government-operated Primary Health Center (PHC) Sumb and the students of Modern Institute of High School, Sumb, organized an anti-drug rally to raise awareness about drug addiction. This rally was conducted under the *Drug-Free India Campaign*, with around 150 students participating in the cycle rally.
The rally was led by Zonal Medical Officer Dr. Sucharita, Principal of Modern Institute of Education, Sumb, Mr. Narinder Singh, and PHC Inspector Mr. Kuldeep Singh. Along with them, other staff members and employees actively participated in the rally.
The main objective of this rally was to spread awareness among the youth and the community about the harmful effects of drug addiction. The students enthusiastically participated in the rally, spreading the message of de-addiction.
During the rally, Dr. Sucharita said, "Drugs weaken society from its roots, and we must unite to fight against it. This rally is just the beginning; we need to continue such campaigns to ensure the message of de-addiction reaches deeper into society."
Principal Narinder Singh also motivated the students on this occasion, saying, "The involvement of students in this campaign is a positive step towards freeing our society from drugs. The youth should stay away from drugs and contribute to building their lives and the nation."
The medical staff emphasized the need for more rallies and campaigns to raise awareness about de-addiction.
At the end of the rally, students pledged to stay away from drugs and contribute positively to society.
