Srinagar, May 6: In a major step towards administrative reform and welfare of government employees and ex-legislators, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today launched the JK Pension Suvidha Portal. The digital initiative aims to streamline and simplify the process of pension settlement for those who have served the Union Territory for decades.
Speaking at the launch event, CM Omar Abdullah emphasized the need for a hassle-free system, stating, "Employees and ex-legislators who have served J&K and its people for decades deserve a simplified process for handling their pension papers."
