As part of the organizational development process at the state level, a Workers' Dialogue Program was held in Indore today under the guidance of State Vice President Shri Mukesh Upadhyay, and under the chairmanship of State Organization Minister Shri Yuvraj Singh. The program saw the presence of State Secretary Shri Satish Kumar Malik, State Joint Secretary Shri Virendra Chauhan, State Joint Secretary Shri Anurag Yadav, and special observers Shri Mushtaq Malik and Shri Raj Kumar Dubey, who were appointed by the state leadership for this event. Workers from Indore district gathered for mutual dialogue.
The officials and workers present at the event shared their thoughts on the roadmap for organizational expansion in Indore district.
Detailed discussions were held regarding the upcoming action plan for Indore district. It was decided to take the pro-people initiatives undertaken by the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi and Punjab to the grassroots level and bring them to the public.
The discussion also focused on the need for workers to make a strong presence for the party by reaching out to the public with local issues at the assembly and block levels for organizational expansion.
