Srinagar: The Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir today inaugurated the JK Samadhan Portal, an AI-based platform where citizens can register their complaints and track the resolution process. The aim of this portal is to make the public grievance redressal process more transparent and effective.
The district administration of Poonch participated in the launch event through live telecast. This portal will provide a powerful platform for citizens to directly communicate their problems and issues to the concerned authorities and receive updates on their progress.
On this occasion, the Lieutenant Governor said, "Through the JK Samadhan Portal, we are taking a significant step towards listening to and promptly addressing the problems of our citizens. This portal assures our citizens of the swift and effective redressal of their grievances."
The event was attended by officials from various departments, public representatives, and other dignitaries. Officials from the district administration of Poonch also participated in the event via live telecast and recognized it as an important initiative.
The purpose of the JK Samadhan Portal is to improve communication between citizens and the administration and to make the grievance redressal system more transparent and accountable. Now, citizens can register their complaints online and track their status, eliminating the need to go anywhere for the resolution of their issues.
The launch of this portal has given the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir new hope and confidence that their problems will be resolved in a timely and effective manner.
