All concerned departments were directed to carry out geo-tagging of water sources, including ponds, lakes, wells, check dams, and other related structures within their jurisdictions. The ADDC instructed that the collected data must be complete, verified, and regularly updated.
To ensure transparency and efficiency, departments were asked to share geo-tagged data with each other to avoid duplication and enhance proper utilization and preservation of resources.
