"DC Rajouri, Sh. Om Prakash Bhagat Reviews Preparations for Budha Amarnath Ji Yatra Starting in August"

District Commissioner of Rajouri, Mr. Om Prakash Bhagat, reviewed the preparations for the Budha Amarnath Ji Yatra, which is set to commence in the first week of August. The DC held a meeting with officials to discuss the necessary arrangements and security measures for the pilgrimage.

In the meeting, DC Bhagat directed that the convenience and safety of the pilgrims be prioritized. He instructed the concerned departments to ensure cleanliness along the pilgrimage route, provision of water, toilets, and other necessary facilities. Additionally, he emphasized the deployment of security forces and medical teams along the route.

DC Bhagat mentioned that thousands of devotees participate in the Budha Amarnath Ji Yatra every year, so it is the administration's responsibility to ensure their journey is smooth and safe. He instructed the officials to keep emergency services ready to deal with any untoward incidents during the pilgrimage.

The meeting was attended by the SSP Rajouri, and officials from the health department, PWD, Jal Shakti department, and other concerned departments. All officials provided updates on their respective departments' preparations and presented their suggestions to ensure the pilgrimage's success.

Given the administration's preparations for the Budha Amarnath Ji Yatra, pilgrims have been assured of a safe and smooth journey. All arrangements are being made to provide maximum assistance and facilities to the devotees during the pilgrimage.
