Srinagar, Nov 3: In a significant engagement aimed at fostering community interaction and promoting local enterprises, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, the President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC), inaugurated a new coffee shop, Caramel, located at Tangpora Bypass in Srinagar.
