Srinagar, October 25: Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, today felicitated the medal winners of the Kashmir Marathon and praised all participants for their determination, dedication and sporting spirit.

The Lieutenant Governor saluted every runner whose enthusiasm and perseverance made the event a true celebration of the human spirit. He said the Kashmir Marathon has created new opportunities for the talented youth of Jammu and Kashmir and strengthened Srinagar’s position on the global running map.

Expressing confidence in the future of athletics in the Union Territory, LG Manoj Sinha said that future marathon champions would emerge from Jammu and Kashmir and inspire generations to come.
