Jammu, September 9: The Directorate of School Education, Jammu, has directed Chief Education Officers (CEOs) across Jammu Division to ensure that newly appointed lecturers report to the schools allotted to them for on-the-job training and practical exposure.
As per an official communication issued by the Directorate of School Education, Jammu, the directions have been issued in connection with various Government Orders concerning the appointment of lecturers. The concerned Heads of Institutions have been asked to allot classes to the appointees and submit compliance and progress reports on their performance through the proper channel.
The newly appointed lecturers have been assigned to schools across different districts of the Jammu Division and belong to various disciplines, including Urdu, Political Science, English, Education, Sanskrit, Psychology, Persian, Hindi and Zoology.
The Directorate has clarified that the lecturers will undergo on-the-job training and practical exposure until adjustment orders are issued by the Administrative Department.
The list attached with the communication contains 83 newly appointed lecturers and details their respective districts, subjects and schools where they have been directed to report.
