Jammu, September 17, 2026: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has rescheduled several OMR-based written examinations for posts in the Health and Medical Education Department advertised under Notification No. 07 of 2025.

As per the notice issued by the JKSSB, the revised examination schedule is as follows:

1. Female MPHW/Male Multipurpose Health Worker

Item Nos.: 35–59

Previous Date: September 20, 2026 (Sunday)

New Date: October 11, 2026 (Sunday)

2. Junior Theatre Technician

Item Nos.: 109–116

Previous Date: September 24, 2026 (Thursday)

New Date: October 29, 2026 (Thursday)

3. Health Educator

Item No.: 137

Previous Date: September 27, 2026 (Sunday)

New Date: November 1, 2026 (Sunday)

The Board has also postponed the OMR-based written examination for the post of Dresser/Junior Pharmacist, Item Nos. 66–76, which was earlier scheduled for October 11, 2026 (Sunday).

The fresh date for the Dresser/Junior Pharmacist examination will be notified separately by the Board.

JKSSB has further informed candidates that admit cards for the concerned examinations will be made available on the official website seven days prior to the respective examination dates.

Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the official JKSSB website for examination-related information and further updates.
