Jammu, September 10: The School Education Department of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has accorded sanction to the promotion/regularization of three In-Charge Headmasters and equivalent officials as Headmasters and equivalent posts in the School Education Department.

As per Government Order No. 370-JK (Edu) of 2026 dated September 10, 2026, the decision has been taken in pursuance of SAC Decision No. 166/22/2018 dated December 7, 2018, and on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee.

The officials covered under the order are Rita Sambyal, Hamida Bano and Muzaffar Hussain. Their regularization has been approved from the dates specified in the government order, subject to fulfillment of all requisite conditions under the relevant rules and instructions.

The order further directs the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers to complete all prescribed service and financial formalities.

The order has been issued by Ram Niwas Sharma, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, Jammu and Kashmir.
