Udhampur: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Minga Sherpa, flagged off a group of 30 farmers for an inter-state exposure visit to Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur.

The visit aims to provide farmers with practical exposure to modern floriculture, sustainable farming practices and natural farming techniques. The farmers will gain first-hand knowledge of innovative and eco-friendly agricultural methods during their visit.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner also released an information booklet based on natural farming, highlighting sustainable agricultural practices and their potential benefits for farmers.
