SRINAGAR, Sept 1: Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess measures aimed at improving the Ease of Doing Business across the Union Territory.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister called for targeted reforms to identify and remove existing bottlenecks, simplify regulatory compliances and reduce delays faced by businesses and investors.
Omar Abdullah emphasized the need to create a supportive and business-friendly ecosystem that encourages investment, innovation and sustainable economic growth.
He stressed coordinated efforts by concerned departments to streamline processes and strengthen business facilitation mechanisms across Jammu & Kashmir.
The review underlined the government’s commitment to improving the investment climate and making it easier for entrepreneurs and businesses to operate in the Union Territory.
