Srinagar, August 5: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday distributed appointment letters to the Next of Kin (NoKs) of victims of terrorism during a solemn ceremony held at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar.

Addressing the gathering, the Lieutenant Governor expressed solidarity with families who have lost their loved ones to terrorism and reaffirmed the administration's commitment to their welfare and rehabilitation. He said the appointment letters represent not only employment opportunities but also the government's continued support for families affected by terrorism.

The event was attended by senior government officials, security personnel and the beneficiaries. The administration reiterated its resolve to ensure that the families of terror victims receive all eligible assistance and support under government welfare measures.

The ceremony reflected the government's commitment to honouring the sacrifices of the victims and providing compassionate assistance to their families.
