New Delhi, August 21: The Indian Army and Punjab National Bank (PNB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 20, 2026, to provide customised credit cards to Army personnel across all ranks.

Under the agreement, PNB will offer the ‘LUXURA’ Metal Credit Card to Army officers and the ‘PARAKRAM’ Credit Card to Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and other personnel. The cards will be issued on the RuPay/Visa platform and have been specially customised to meet the requirements of Indian Army personnel.

The credit cards will offer a range of benefits, including cashback on CSD purchases, domestic and international airport lounge access, fuel surcharge waivers and exclusive offers at various merchant outlets.

The MoU is aimed at providing enhanced banking and lifestyle benefits to serving personnel of the Indian Army, while strengthening the institutional partnership between the Indian Army and Punjab National Bank.
