Hiranagar, August 15: Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at the New Bus Stand, Hiranagar, with a strong display of national pride and unity.

Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Hiranagar, Phulail Singh, hoisted the Tricolour in the presence of Tehsildar Hiranagar Anoop Sharma, along with officers and officials of the Sub-Division.

The celebrations witnessed enthusiastic participation from officials and locals, who joined together to mark the 80th Independence Day of the nation. The atmosphere resonated with patriotic spirit, reflecting the values of unity, integrity and pride in the country.
