New Delhi: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has launched Electoral Literacy Clubs 2.0 with the aim of strengthening electoral literacy and encouraging informed democratic participation among young and first-time voters.

Under the initiative, young citizens will be encouraged to better understand the electoral process, their rights and responsibilities, and the importance of participating actively in democracy.

With the message “Learn Democracy. Lead Democracy,” the initiative seeks to create greater awareness among youth and equip first-time voters with the knowledge needed to make informed choices.

The ECI's initiative is aimed at fostering a culture of informed and responsible electoral participation among the country's young citizens.
