Srinagar, August 21: The Special Crime Wing, Kashmir of Crime Branch J&K, on Thursday conducted a house search at Safakadal in Srinagar in connection with the investigation of Case FIR No. 10/2026.

The case has been registered under Sections 420, 468 and 471 RPC, pertaining to allegations of cheating, forgery and use of forged documents.

The search was carried out in compliance with a search warrant issued by the Hon’ble Court of Special Mobile Magistrate (PT&E), Srinagar.

The investigation into the case is underway, with the Crime Branch examining relevant material and evidence in accordance with law.
