Sumb, August 15: Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at Government Higher Secondary School Sumb, where brave soldiers also participated in the programme.

On the occasion, the school staff and teachers accorded a special honour to the soldiers, expressing heartfelt gratitude for their courage, dedication and selfless service to the nation.

The school community paid tribute to the brave soldiers who continue to safeguard the country and its people. The gesture reflected the deep respect and patriotism of the students, teachers and staff towards the nation’s defenders.
