Independence Day Celebrations Held at JNV Basohli

Basohli, August 15: Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Basohli, marking the 80th Independence Day of the nation.

Pankaj Bhagotra, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Basohli, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and hoisted the National Flag. The flag hoisting ceremony was followed by the National Anthem and a salute to the Tricolour.

The celebrations witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and officials. Students presented a variety of cultural and patriotic programmes that highlighted the spirit of nationalism, unity and love for the nation.

The event concluded with a strong message of patriotism, national unity and commitment towards the progress and development of the country.
