Baramulla, April 20, 2026:

The Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla has released an official notification inviting online applications for contractual appointments under the Academic Arrangement Basis.

As per Advertisement Notice No. 01/GMCB of 2026, dated April 20, 2026, eligible candidates domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir can apply for various posts initially for a period of one year, extendable up to six years based on performance or until regular appointments are made.

Junior Staff Nurse – 07 Posts

Speech Therapist/Audiologist – 01 Post

Both posts fall under Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Junior Staff Nurse: 10+2 with Science along with Diploma/B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute.

Speech Therapist/Audiologist: 10+2 with Science and Degree/Diploma in Audiometry or Speech Therapy from a recognized institute.
