UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025 Final Result Declared – 958 Candidates SelectedDescription


New Delhi, March 6, 2026: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025. A total of 958 candidates have been recommended for appointment to prestigious services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and other Central Services.
According to the official result released by UPSC, Anuj Agnihotri has secured All India Rank (AIR) 1, emerging as the topper of the examination. Rajeshwari Suve M secured AIR 2, while Akansh Dhull achieved AIR 3 in the highly competitive examination.
The Civil Services Examination is one of the toughest exams in India and is conducted annually by UPSC to recruit candidates for various top administrative positions in the Government of India.
Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their results by visiting the official UPSC website (upsc.gov.in). The final merit list is available in PDF format, where candidates can search their roll number or name to confirm their selection.
UPSC also informed that the marks of candidates will be uploaded on the official website within about 15 days from the date of the declaration of the final result.
The announcement marks an important milestone for hundreds of successful candidates who will soon join India's civil services and contribute to governance and public administration across the country.
