In a significant step towards strengthening rural development, District Development Commissioner Samba, Ms. Ayushi Sudan (IAS), interacted with residents of Village Ragal in Block Rajpura during a pre-preparatory meeting held under the Vibrant Village Programme-II (VVP-II).

During the meeting, the DDC highlighted the core vision of the prestigious initiative, which aims to transform remote and border villages into self-reliant and sustainable communities. 

She emphasized the importance of active public participation in ensuring the success of developmental efforts.

Ms. Sudan encouraged villagers to take full advantage of various government schemes focused on infrastructure development, economic growth, and financial inclusion. She stressed that collective efforts between the administration and the public are key to achieving long-term progress in rural areas.

The interaction witnessed enthusiastic participation from locals, who shared their concerns, suggestions, and expectations regarding developmental initiatives in the region.
