Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan inaugurated a Food Processing Unit of Kawna Buzla MPACS at Ahma Trigam, Khari under the Jammu & Kashmir Food Processing Scheme for Cooperative Societies. On the occasion, he also unveiled the brand “Buzla Naturals.”
The initiative aims to strengthen cooperative societies, promote local agricultural produce, and enhance farmers’ income through value addition and improved marketing opportunities. The new unit is expected to support rural livelihoods and encourage entrepreneurship in the region by creating better processing and marketing facilities for local products.
Officials highlighted that such initiatives will help boost the local economy, empower cooperative societies, and provide better market access for farmers across Ramban district.
