Thousands of people gathered at Kariwan and Devar in Lolab Valley as the much-awaited Lolab Winter Festival transformed the region into a vibrant hub of winter festivities, culture, and community spirit.

The grand event witnessed enthusiastic participation from officers and officials of the Civil Administration, Police Department, and the Army, along with prominent artists and local residents. The festival showcased the rich cultural heritage of the valley through traditional performances, music, and local art, drawing visitors from across the district.

The collaborative efforts of various departments, including the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Jammu & Kashmir, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and Information & Public Relations (J&K), played a crucial role in organizing the event and ensuring its grand success.
