Rajouri, February 13: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Abhishek Sharma today launched the E-Nazar Tracker—an online monitoring portal designed to enable real-time tracking of the financial and physical progress of development works across Rajouri district.
The digital platform will monitor projects executed under the Capex budget, Constituency Development Fund (CDF), and other developmental schemes. It allows officers to regularly update progress, upload geo-tagged photographs, and flag delays, thereby strengthening transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public works execution.
Speaking at the launch, the Deputy Commissioner said the E-Nazar Tracker will serve as a single-window digital dashboard for reviewing project status. The system will help the district administration take timely corrective measures and ensure completion of works within approved timelines and costs. He directed all executing agencies to make optimal use of the portal for accurate and regular reporting.
Among those present were ADDC Rajouri Malikzada Sheraz-ul-Haq, ADC Rajouri Chander Prakash, CPO Maqsood Ahmed, and District Informatics Officer, National Informatics Centre Rajouri, Parvinder Singh.
