JKBOSE Class 10th Annual Regular Results 2025 Declared, Overall Pass Percentage at 85.03%


Jammu, January 2026:
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has declared the results of the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) Annual Regular 2025, held during the October–November session, revealing an overall encouraging performance by students across the Union Territory.
According to the overall result analysis, a total of 94,845 students appeared in the examination, out of which 80,650 students qualified, while 14,147 students failed. The overall pass percentage stood at 85.03%.
Gender-wise Performance
Boys:
Appeared: 47,736
Qualified: 40,242
Pass Percentage: 84.30%
Girls:
Appeared: 47,109
Qualified: 40,408
Pass Percentage: 85.78%
Girls once again outperformed boys with a higher pass percentage.
Subject-wise Pass Percentage (Overall)
English: 91.00%
Mathematics: 90.00%
Hindi: 86.36%
Urdu: 94.50%
Science: 90.50%
Social Studies: 96.50%
Vocational and Optional Subjects Performance
Excellent results were recorded in several vocational subjects:
Bodhi: 100%
Security: 95%
Computer Science: 94%
Electronics & Hardware: 94%
Power: 94%
Agriculture: 91%
Tourism & Hospitality: 90%

Disputed Eligibility (DE): 11 cases
Exam Cancelled: 33 cases
Disqualified for One Year: 4 cases

The result has been issued under the supervision of Mr. Ghulam Hassan Sheikh (JKAS), Chairman, JKBOSE.
Educationists and parents have welcomed the results, terming them a positive reflection of students’ hard work and teachers’ efforts despite academic challenges during the session.
