JKUSTA Distributes Stationery to Needy Primary Students in Kathua and Samba



Kathua/Samba, December 22:
The Jammu and Kashmir United School Teachers Association (USTA), affiliated with the School Teachers’ Federation of India (STFI), distributed stationery items including notebooks, school bags, and pencils among needy students of the primary wings of Kathua and Samba districts on Sunday.
The distribution programme was held at Government High School Dhorsi Kalyari and Government High School Blore under the chairmanship of C. N. Bharti, National President of STFI.
Teachers from various schools of Kathua and Samba districts, along with needy students and their parents, participated in the event and received the stationery items from C. N. Bharti, Pardeep Singh Jamwal, President J&K USTA, Subhash Chander, ZEO Marheen, and Kewal Krishan, CEO Samba.
Addressing the gathering, Pardeep Singh Jamwal urged members to work on the lines of great supporters of humanism. He highlighted the values of service and compassion, recalling the contributions of Banarsi Dass, and appreciated the USTA team for their meaningful initiative in support of underprivileged students.
On behalf of all members, Roop Chand, General Secretary USTA, expressed gratitude to all participants for organizing the programme successfully. Lunch was also served to all attendees.
Others who graced the occasion included Hari Singh, Rajeev Kumar, D. P. Angral, Bali Mohammad, Sonia Jamwal, Julfkar Ali, and Sunil Thapa, among others.
