DODA, DECEMBER 1: A major recruitment opportunity has been announced for the youth of District Doda as the 159 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) – Home & Hearth DOGRA is set to conduct a recruitment rally this month.
The rally will take place at Chinchora, Bhaderwah, District Doda, with reporting time at 07:00 hrs. Entry will close strictly before 09:00 AM, and candidates arriving late will not be allowed to participate.
The recruitment schedule is as follows:
15 December 2025 – Candidates from Doda, Bhaderwah, Gundna, Bhalla, Thathri, Bhella, Kastigarh, Assar and Mohalla Tehsil.
16 December 2025 – Candidates from Gandoh, Phigsoo, Chilly Pingal, Kahara, Marmat, Bharat Bagla, Chirala and Bhagwah Tehsil.
The rally is being conducted for the post of Soldier (General Duty) with 166 vacancies available.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18–42 years
Qualification: 10th Pass
Candidates are advised to report on time with all required original documents, failing which they will not be permitted to participate.
The opportunity is expected to attract large youth participation from across the district.
