New Delhi: Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology, Dr Jitendra Singh, today visited the EV Expo at Bharat Mandapam.
During his visit, the Minister said that electric mobility is emerging as a powerful engine of entrepreneurship, employment, and sustainable livelihoods in the country. He highlighted that the government-backed ecosystem has created favorable conditions for innovation in the EV sector.
Dr Jitendra Singh noted that supportive policies, incentives, and ease of doing business have enabled young entrepreneurs to start EV-related ventures with modest investments and successfully scale them into high-turnover enterprises. He emphasized that electric mobility will play a key role in India’s clean energy transition and economic growth.
