Beerwah, December 23: Hon’ble MLA Beerwah Dr Shafi Ahmad Wani today chaired a review meeting of the Department of Command Area Development to assess its functioning and progress of ongoing works in the constituency.
The meeting was held in the presence of the Director, Command Area Development Kashmir, along with all concerned officials of the department. Detailed discussions were held on irrigation infrastructure, implementation of schemes, and measures to improve efficiency and timely execution of projects.
Dr Wani emphasized the need for effective coordination among departments to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of development works for the benefit of farmers and local residents. He also directed the officials to address pending issues on priority and ensure transparency in implementation.
The Director and other officials briefed the MLA on the status of ongoing projects and assured that necessary steps would be taken to further strengthen the Command Area Development initiatives in Beerwah.
