Srinagar, 09 December 2025: Minister for Health, Education, and Social Welfare, Miss Sakina Itoo (NC), Noorabad, today held an extensive public outreach programme at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar, meeting a wide range of public delegations and individuals.
During the interaction, various delegations raised constituency-related issues and ongoing developmental concerns. The Minister reviewed their grievances and assured timely redressal through coordinated efforts with the concerned departments.
She reiterated that strengthening citizen outreach and responsive governance remains a key priority of the administration, with a focus on transparency and effective service delivery.
The public representatives appreciated the Minister’s proactive approach and expressed confidence in the government’s commitment to address grassroots-level issues.
