Kulgam, November 15:
Minister of Education and Health, Sakina Itoo, today inaugurated the construction and maintenance work of L023–Tsimer Dandward KM 4th RD 600 to Zaindar, a crucial road project spanning 2.5 km under PMGSY (Package No. JK18-4029).
The project, estimated to cost ₹530.42 lakh, aims to significantly enhance connectivity for residents living in remote areas. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister reaffirmed the Government’s strong commitment to improving rural infrastructure, ensuring better road access, and uplifting underserved communities across Jammu & Kashmir.
She added that improved road connectivity will not only ease daily travel for locals but will also boost economic activities, healthcare access, and educational opportunities in the region.
