JKNC Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq Inaugurates Storm Water Drainage System at Vicharnag Nowshehra

Srinagar, November 04, 2025:

JKNC Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal, Tanvir Sadiq, today inaugurated a newly constructed storm water drainage system at Vicharnag Nowshehra. The project aims to address the long-pending issue of waterlogging in the area, providing much-needed relief to residents during heavy rainfall.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Tanvir Sadiq said that the drainage system will play a crucial role in improving local infrastructure and ensuring smooth water discharge to prevent flooding. He reaffirmed his commitment to continue developmental works that enhance the living conditions of people across the Zadibal constituency.

Local residents expressed gratitude towards the MLA and appreciated the timely completion of the project, which had been a major public demand for years.

The event was attended by officials from the Public Works Department, community leaders, and local residents.
