J&K Transport Department Orders Transfer and Posting of ARTOs

Jammu, November 26, 2025:

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Transport Department, Civil Secretariat, has issued an official order announcing the transfer and posting of Assistant Regional Transport Officers (ARTOs) and In-charge ARTOs with immediate effect.

According to Government Order No. 89-JK (TR) of 2025, dated 26-11-2025, the following officers have been transferred:

The order was issued by Avny Lavasa, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, in the interest of administrative efficiency.

Copies of the transfer order have been forwarded to the concerned officers, including the Commissioner/Secretary GAD, Joint Secretary (MHA), Transport Commissioner J&K, Deputy Commissioners of Ganderbal, Budgam, Doda, and the RTO Jammu/Kashmir for necessary compliance.

The order takes immediate effect.
