Ganderbal, J&K — Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today laid the foundation stones for two significant road development projects aimed at improving connectivity and transport infrastructure in the district.
The key works include:
Upgradation and widening of the Dak Bunglow Fatehpora–Gadoora road, sanctioned at a cost of ₹5.2 crore.
Upgradation of multiple link roads in Sherpathri Block, with an estimated cost of ₹8.9 crore.
These projects are expected to boost local mobility, enhance rural connectivity, and support economic activities in the region.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani (Sogami) and JKNC District President Ganderbal Sheikh Gayas-ud-din, who also reviewed the developmental plans and interacted with local residents.
The administration reiterated its commitment to accelerating infrastructure development and ensuring timely execution of public welfare projects in Ganderbal.
