Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, fondly known as the “He-Man of Indian Cinema,” passed away today at his residence in Mumbai at the age of 89.
According to reports, Dharmendra had been unwell for the past few weeks and was undergoing treatment for age-related complications, including breathing issues.
The news of his demise has sent shockwaves across the film fraternity and among millions of fans worldwide. Top Bollywood celebrities expressed grief and paid emotional tributes, describing his passing as “the end of an era.”
Dharmendra’s career spanned over six decades with more than 300 films to his credit, making him one of the most celebrated and influential actors in Indian cinema.
