Srinagar, October 28, 2025 — Punjab’s Minister for Higher and School Education, Languages, Information & Public Relations, S. Harjot Singh Bains, along with Sh. Deepak Bali, Advisor, Department of Tourism & Cultural Affairs, Punjab, called on Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for a detailed discussion on enhancing cooperation between Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir in the fields of education, culture, and tourism.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized collaborative initiatives aimed at promoting cultural exchange, improving educational standards, and boosting inter-state tourism to strengthen regional ties and mutual development.
