The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced bye-elections in 8 Assembly Constituencies (ACs) spread across 7 States and Union Territories, including Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Telangana, Punjab, Mizoram, and Odisha.

3. Rajasthan – 193-Anta (Disqualification of Shri Kanwarlal)
4. Jharkhand – 45-Ghatsila (Death of Shri Ramdas Soren)
5. Telangana – 61-Jubilee Hills (Death of Shri Maganti Gopinath)
6. Punjab – 21-Tarn Taran (Death of Dr. Kashmir Singh Sohal)
7. Mizoram – 2-Dampa (Death of Shri Lalrintuanga Saila)
