Sumb, Samba, October 08, 2025:
Under the supervision of DSP Satbir Singh (Deputy Controller, Civil Defense Samba), a special awareness program was organized today at Modern Institute of Education, Sumb. In this program, ASI Gurbaksh Singh, Inspector Karpal Singh, and their team demonstrated various techniques and safety measures to protect oneself during disasters.
The students participated enthusiastically and gained valuable knowledge about disaster management. School Chairman Narender Singh, Principal Jeevan Jyoti, teachers, and students actively took part in the event.
The school management expressed gratitude to the Civil Defense team, stating that such programs not only raise awareness among students but also encourage them to become self-reliant during emergencies.
