Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah today chaired a high-level meeting in Jammu to review the latest flood situation in Jammu & Kashmir.
The meeting focused on assessing the ground realities, expediting relief operations, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the affected population. Shah directed officials to maintain close coordination between central and UT authorities for effective disaster response and rehabilitation.
The Union Government reiterated its commitment to extend all necessary support to the people of Jammu & Kashmir during this challenging time.
Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma shared details of the meeting, highlighting the Centre’s proactive approach and assurance of timely assistance.
