Jammu, September 23, 2025:
In a swift action, Police Station Domana apprehended a drug peddler during a naka at Muthi and recovered around 52 grams of heroin-like substance from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Vishal Singh, son of Balwant Singh, resident of Indra Nagar, Satwari, Jammu. Police said he was carrying narcotics with the intent to sell them for wrongful gain.
A case under FIR No. 208/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Domana. Further investigation is in progress to trace the forward and backward linkages of the drug network.
