Srinagar, Sept 23, 2025:
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has approved ₹377.10 lakh under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for Ganderbal to boost healthcare, education, road connectivity, and community facilities.
Out of the sanctioned amount, ₹67 lakh has been earmarked for the installation of a high-end ultrasound machine at District Hospital Ganderbal, aimed at ensuring advanced diagnostic services and reducing the need for patients to travel outside the district for quality healthcare.
The package also includes provisions for school upgrades, improvement of roads, drainage systems, installation of streetlights, and strengthening of community facilities, with the objective of delivering inclusive development that directly benefits the people of Ganderbal.
