Jammu, Sept 7: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday held a crucial meeting with its MLAs at the party office in Jammu to review the situation caused by the recent spell of heavy rainfall and flash floods.
During the meeting, party leaders discussed the widespread impact of the calamity, ongoing relief measures, and strategies to extend maximum support to the affected population. Emphasis was laid on ensuring a coordinated and effective response to mitigate the hardships faced by people in the flood-hit areas.
The BJP leadership directed its members to remain in close touch with the public and assist the administration in relief and rehabilitation efforts.
