Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare, Miss Sakina Itoo (NC Noorabad) today inaugurated the 1st Annual MMFDIACON 25 International Conference at SMHS Srinagar.
