DC Udhampur Flags Off Relief Van for Flood-Affected Families in Chenani

Udhampur, August 30: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, today flagged off a relief van carrying essential supplies for the flood-affected families of Chenani area.

The relief material, comprising essential commodities, was formally handed over to the Sewa Bharti Unit Udhampur for further distribution among the victims.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC lauded the dedicated efforts of Sewa Bharti in extending timely assistance to the affected families. She emphasized that collective efforts and community participation are vital to mitigate the hardships of flood victims and ensure their speedy rehabilitation.
