Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir – A massive search operation has been ongoing for the past 20 hours in Sanyal village of the Hiranagar sector along the International Border. Security forces have intensified the operation following intelligence inputs about suspicious movements in the area.
During the search, security personnel discovered a stockpile of essential supplies, including food and drinks, presumably left behind by terrorists. Additionally, a significant cache of arms, ammunition, and explosive materials has been recovered, indicating a possible terrorist infiltration attempt.
The security forces, comprising the Indian Army, Border Security Force (BSF), and Jammu & Kashmir Police, are continuing their efforts to locate and neutralize the suspected terrorists who are believed to be hiding in the region. The operation is being carried out with extreme caution to ensure the safety of local residents.
Authorities have urged the villagers to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities. Given the ongoing threats in border areas, security agencies are maintaining a high alert to prevent any possible terrorist attack.
Further updates will be provided as the search operation progresses.
