Jammu, February 25: Ahead of the Budget Session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, scheduled to commence on March 3rd, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah chaired pre-budget meetings with various departments at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu.
The discussions aimed to assess sector-wise priorities and ensure the wise allocation of funds for the upcoming financial year. Speaking on the occasion, CM Abdullah emphasized the importance of these consultations in shaping an effective budget that addresses key developmental needs across the Union Territory.
The Budget Session is expected to witness deliberations on crucial financial policies and development plans for Jammu and Kashmir.
