Hills view Rajouri team beat Vicky XI Pathankot team by 09 runs and reached into Semi Final whereas Verma Club Shanewal team thrashed Haryana CA team by 04 wickets and reach into Finals.
KATHUA, 04 JAN; In furtherance and ongoing its knockout basis match of 13th Police Martyr’s Memorial North Zone T-20 Cricket Championship 2024-25 4th Quarter final and 1st Semi Final match played at Sports Stadium Kathua which attracts a large number of gathering of general public.
Firstly, the 4th quarter final match was played between *Hills View Rajouri team vs Vicky XI Pathankot team in which Vicky XI team won the toss and chose to bowl first. While batting first opposition team set a total of 111 runs in 20 Overs and for the loss of 08 wickets in which Ishant Kohli Scored 24 runs in 23 balls with 03 boundaries and Dikhshant Kundal scored 18 runs of 27 balls with the help of 01 boundary. While chasing a target of 112 runs Vicky XI Pathankot team was unable to chase down the given target and scored 102 runs and was all out in 19.1 overs in which only Ram Thakur was top scorer who scored 19 runs in 16 balls with 02 boundaries and 01 sixer. Thus, Hills view Rajouri team won this knockout basis match by 09 runs* and was the 4th team to reach into Semi Final whereas *Aaqib Mir was declared as Man of the Match* who did splendid bowling spell of 04 overs and took 03 wickets while giving 12 runs only.
Secondly, Ist Semi-final match was played between *Haryana CA team vs Verma Club Sahnewal team* in which Harayana CA team won the toss and chose to bat first and set a total of 109 runs for the loss of 09 wickets in 20 Overs in which Vipul Kamboj Scored 30 runs in 34 balls with 01 boundary and Mayank scored 15 runs of 11 balls with the help of 03 boundaries. While chasing a target of 110 runs Verma Club Sahnewal team easily chased down the given target at the loss of 06 wickets in which Bhagbinder Lather was top scorer who scored 31 runs in 38 balls with 02 boundaries. Thus, Verma Club Sahnewal team won this knockout basis match by 04 wickets and was the first team to reach into Final whereas *Bhagbinder Lather was declared as Man of the Match* who scored 31 runs in 38 balls with the help of 02 boundaries and he did outstanding bowling spell of 03 overs in which he took 03 wickets while giving 08 runs only.
