Srinagar, January 12: In a significant political event, former Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Vikar Rasool Wani attended a one-day workshop organized by the JKPCC today. The workshop was presided over by Bharat Singh Solanki, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge for Jammu and Kashmir.
